What support does Zhejiang give cross-border e-commerce exporters, and which cities are pilot zones?
Zhejiang's main provincial document is the 2024–2027 Action Plan (浙政办发〔2024〕27号, dated 23 Aug 2024, published 31 Dec 2024, marked "valid" on the provincial commerce page); its annex sets provincial caps, but most cash support is set by cities. Hangzhou's 杭政办函〔2024〕52号 (in force from 1 Nov 2024 to 31 Dec 2027) says: up to 2 million yuan one-time for independent sites, export credit insurance premium subsidy up to 60% (max 5 million yuan per firm), and up to 70% of overseas trademark or certification costs (max 200,000 yuan). Whether a given seller qualifies depends on the city's yearly rules.
