What support does Jiangsu give cross-border e-commerce exporters, and which cities are pilot zones?

Answer

All 13 prefecture-level cities in Jiangsu are national cross-border e-commerce pilot zones. The current provincial plan is 苏政办发〔2026〕26号 (dated 2026-05-19, published 2026-06-02, covers 2026-2028): targets only, no amounts. Cash rewards mostly come from city rules. Suzhou's rules (苏府规字〔2025〕4号, valid to 2026-12-31) subsidise public overseas warehouses at 20% of storage and in-warehouse service fees, up to RMB 200,000 per year, with a cap of RMB 8 million in total per company. The previous provincial 2023-2025 plan (苏政办发〔2023〕39号) also had no amounts.
