Etsy 给买家发了退货标签，买家没用，卖家要付钱吗？

买家没用就不收钱。 Etsy 官方帮助中心：USPS 扫描到买家寄回的包裹，才扣标签费；买家还没用的，可以请买家别用；已经用了的不能取消或退款。这个退货标签只给美国 50 个州地址的买家用（美国属地和军邮地址不行），走 USPS。从中国发货的卖家多半用不了这个功能，退货要另和买家商量。

- 买家改主意不退了：发消息请买家别用标签，标签不会收费。
