An import fair
The China International Import Expo (9th session, 5–10 Nov 2026, Shanghai; the 10th session is set for 5–10 Nov 2027) focuses on imports into China, so its main purpose differs from an export-sourcing fair. CIIE notice, 1 Oct 2026.
Plan around Chinese holidays
Factories slow down or close around Chinese New Year and the October National Day week. See Chinese New Year 2027 factory closures. Check the State Council's official holiday notice when it is published; we will add 2027 dates then. Factory closure dates may differ from the official holidays.
