Who handles China export customs when I buy from a Chinese supplier?

In forceOfficial textChecked
Answer

China export customs is filed by the export consignor or a customs declaration enterprise it appoints. Being the buyer does not by itself make you the declarant. Ask your supplier who the consignor is and who will file.
